10 Year Old, Sherry Cask Finish Blend <br/><br/>ABV - 43% (86 Proof)<br/>Chill Filtered <br/>10 years in Ex Bourbon Casks followed by 6 months in 30-year old Oloroso Sherry Casks from Bodega Garvey.<br/><br/>Perfectly matured over time in American Oak, our gently maturing Whiskey blend is finished in the finest Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez. Finished for a minimum of 6 months, the process enhances the golden liquid’s outstanding character and flavour.<br/><br/>Appearance - light Brown with subtle red hue.<br/>Nose - Fresh Fruit with earthy garden-fresh aroma.<br/>Taste - Subtle layers of stewed Fruit and unmistakable nutty aftertaste – outstanding complexity.
