Characteristic
The raw material is Nanko plums from Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture.<br/>The raw material plums are truly fully ripe plums. Only fully ripe, large, soft, and unblemished plums are carefully selected and used. In order to bring out the rich, mellow flavor of fully ripe Nanko plums, a unique blend of brewer's alcohol and pure rice wine is used as the base. In addition, instead of the commonly used rock sugar, we blended three types of sugar: liquid sugar, granulated sugar, and pure brown sugar from Kagoshima Prefecture, aiming to create a rich, natural sweetness.<br/>Compared to regular plum wine, the amount of plums used is larger, so the extract content is higher, and you can feel the rich flavor of fully ripe Nanko plums. In addition, it is characterized by not only its sweetness and richness but also its refreshing acidity, so we recommend that you enjoy it as is without breaking it.
