Characteristic

This is a Junmai Ginjo sake brewed using Yamada-Nishiki rice from Saga Prefecture. It is slowly fermented at low temperatures to retain a soft sweetness. It has an apple-like aroma and a light, slightly sweet finish. As you would expect from Yamada-Nishiki, it has a well-balanced flavor that becomes more rounded over time. Please enjoy the taste of this well-balanced Ginjo sake.
