Nogomi ARATA is brewed with yeast from the Ariake Sea, the mother river of Saga Prefecture, which was discovered by the ninth generation of the Baba Brewery when he was a student. This yeast can bring more malic acid to the wine to show the sweet and sour flavor of the wine. The wine label of Nokomi ARATA is hand-painted by craftsmen using the technique of Kyoto Nishijin weaving, showing people a new Japanese style.
