This roasted sweet potato liqueur is made from Tottori’s special red sweet potato, Beniharu, also known as the "Sweet Potato Princess." From the moment you pour it into a glass, the rich aroma of roasted sweet potatoes fills the air, instantly reminding you of a freshly baked treat on a chilly winter day. The liqueur is smooth and creamy, thanks to the added soy milk and sugar, giving it a warm and indulgent texture.<br/><br/>When gently heated to about 60°C (140°F) in a cup, the roasted sweet potato scent becomes even more intense, as if you’re enjoying it straight from the oven. This liqueur can also be enjoyed in a variety of fun ways—drizzle it over vanilla ice cream for a dessert twist, or slightly warm it and blend it with creamy coconut milk and a dash of cinnamon to create a cozy winter cocktail. Whether served as a cocktail or a dessert topping, this liqueur promises to delight with every sip.
