Characteristic
Mr. Caggiano's favorite, Campi Taurasini, is a subzone of the Irpinia DOC. "Salae Domini" originally means "Offering to the Landlord" where the landlord designated the wine produced from this piece of land as a reward and also used it to name the vineyard where this wine is crafted. This wine is characterized by its rich and bold aromas of berries and red roses, as well as notes of roasted nuts and licorice. It has strong yet gentle and elegant tannins, offering a complex yet well-balanced taste profile. When stored under proper conditions, this wine can be aged for at least 10 to 15 years.

★ 2022 Gambero Rosso Duo Bicchieri recommendation
