FUJIAN DAIKING LOUIS DISTILLERY is one of the first single malt whiskey distilleries in mainland China. The founder, Chairman Wu, is from Yilan, Taiwan. In 2007, it was built at the southern foot of Daiking Mountain at 1544.8 meters, with a planned area of 260 mu. In 2015, it obtained a production license with a total investment of 1 billion yuan.
With the model of "whiskey, tea, coffee, food, exquisite agriculture and industrial tourism", five whiskey distillation production lines, wine culture exhibition hall, oak barrel wine storage, oak barrel factory, product packaging factory and other supporting facilities have been built successively.
In 2020 DAIKING GOLD BRAND / BLUE BRAND single malt whiskey will be launched in the whiskey market, and it will win the silver medal in the World Whiskey Awards (WWA) held in the UK in 2021, and then it will be successively presented in a number of international spirits competitions from 2022 to 2024 Received good news, and in early 2023, a number of selected single malt whiskeys from FUJIAN DAIKING LOUIS DISTILLERY will be introduced to Taiwan for sale.

We use a part of Daqin whiskey that has been matured for a long time. It is refreshing and mellow, soft and warm, and has a delicate fruity aroma as the finishing touch. It feels like everything is resurrecting in spring, like a spring breeze, and flowers are beginning to bloom. New products on New Year’s Day 2024.

Maturation in Bourbon barrels under the unique terroir of DAIKING mountain has impart- ed fantastic spiciness and smoked plums flavour to this DAIKING Blue Brand, with a delicate tea aroma. Bottled at high strength of 53% ABV, non chill-filtered and colouring-free, manifesting a higher complexity on the nose and palate.
