Yamato Coffee is an extension of the Yamato Hotel, which is an old building in front of Pingtung City Railway Station. Because it would took some effort to restore the historic Yamato Hotel, we established the Yamato Cafe which was located at the Military Village Settlement in Pingtung City first in 2015. In 2017, we subsequently renovated the old rice mill built in 1942 as Yamato Coffee Roaster. We hope to implant coffee into different settlements and try to find a space and time where coffee, old buildings and people can coexist. What we sell is not only coffee but also a life and an attitude. If you like coffee and life creation, we promise you will like here as well.
