110mm PVC Pipe Extrusion Line Completed Commissioning

On August 11, 2023, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the commissioning of a PVC pipe extrusion line. The test PVC pipe diameter is 110mm, wall thickness is 3.7mm. the line is equipped with SJZ-65/132 conical twin screw extruder, 6m vacuum calibration tank, hauler and cutting machine. In addition, there is also a laser printer and a belling machine. During the commissioning, the whole production line operated smoothly, the quality of the extruded pipe was stable. The production line ensured the high quality of the output products while improving the production efficiency.
