In Conventional Systems, some processes like Ageing, Bleaching, Anti-Backstaining, Desizing an so on bring high financial burden to laundries for costs of
chemical, water, energy and as well as water treatment.
We, as Metod Makine aim to realise all above-mentioned processes at possible minimum costs by Metozone that we developed upon heavy demands of our
customers and to contribute to both our customers and environment in term of sustainable production.
Metozone is suitable and can be used for wet, moist and dry processes.
The working principle of the system is to convert the atmospheric oxygen into ozone in the ozone generator and to apply it onto the garments and at the end of the
process, through special filters, to emit it harmlessly to nature.
There is not any ozone leakage or ozone emission to both working environment and nature during whole process and all necessary leaking measurements,
recycling and filtering infrastructures are included in the system itself.
