The Quanhua BURNER afterburner utilizes high-temperature secondary combustion: it channels fumes, vaporized oils, volatile aromatics, and organic particulates exhausted from the roaster into a combustion chamber, heating them to between 450°C and 800°C for complete incineration. It purifies the air by breaking down harmful substances and odors, ultimately discharging hot air that is virtually colorless and odorless, thereby resolving issues related to cooking fumes and environmental complaints at business premises.
