Characteristic

This Kabinett is made from ripe Riesling grapes from the middle Mosel Valley of Germany. These grapes are allowed to hang longer, earning the designation of „Kabinett“ because that is where these wines were stored for special ocasions. A well balanced, young, fresh and fruity wine with crisp acidity. The wine exudes flavors and aromas of ripe apples, pears, peaches and citrus, with floral aromas. Its slight sweetness makes it a perfect match with aged cheeses, chicken and cream sauces. Alcohol: 8 % vol. Res. Sugar: 45 g/l Total acidity: 7.5 g/l Serving temperature: serve chilled at 10-12 °C
