Characteristic
The Classic of Tea<br/>"Tea that grows wild is superior; garden tea takes second place.<br/>Whether grown on sunny slopes or in shady groves, the best leaves are russet.<br/>These are superior to the green leaves. Tea from the young and tender shoots in the plant's first flush is better than that from the buds."<br/>Ziya Tea is a Yunnan ancient tree variant, with a harvesting window of only 15 days in a year. Local ethnic groups refer to Ziya Tea as "multi-colored tea," where the buds are purple, the dried leaves are ink-green, the tea broth is golden-yellow, and the leaf undersides are deep green. Unlike other sun-dried teas, Purple Bud Tea possesses a unique and fresh sweetness.
